  Slow w/attitude: anytime we have attempted to drop off packages, each event is greeted by the Male attendant who continues to move at a snails pace- furthermore, delivers an attitude and slows down even more as he recognizes a line is forming due to his lack of concern for customers business needs- he then decides to take a break in the back office, holding up all customers even further ... He Returns w/ more attitude. IF ever asked a question he simply goes out of his way to respond with answers having nothing to do with the question. This male owner of the UPS Franchise is extremely difficult in every service requested of him- substandard business practices and we are reporting this location to the Districts Franchise Office as this guy needs to be removed from this shopping center. Do your job dude!
