  Dropped and handed off a packed and labeled (return label from company) package in late march worth close to $500 and a few weeks later was informed by company that was waiting for return that I had missed return window and package never arrived. I went back into the store after I received the email and was told unless I had the drop off receipt. There was nothing they could do. Shame on me thinking I was safe to throw away the receipt being that the return was packaged, taped and labeled and directly handed to a UPS staff member along with some Amazon returns at the UPS! I am now out $500 because I have the tracking number but not the receipt given to me when I dropped it off at UPS. Where are the cameras? How is this acceptable? I now don't even have the item that was in the package to even try to resell so I'm completely out $500!

  This is the best UPS store in the area. They’re very helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate when it comes to understanding Shipping and individuals needs involving critical timing of sending and receiving packages. They explain how much insurance comes with each package and they offer for you. The cheapest option first they’re never going to make you pay for something you don’t need. I absolutely enjoyed dealing with Jacob and Jon. They are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to if you need to ship packages I highly recommend you come to the store in Boca the UPS store.

  This is definitely the best UPS location in the area! They are so kind and helpful! Jacob is fantastic and goes above and beyond to provide the best service. I came in really close to closing time and was still greeted with a smile! I will only be using this location going forward! They do not disappoint!
