  Community staple, store has been here for over 13 years. Staff is always professional & accommodating. Owner is always present & a gentleman.

  The male employee was BAD! Incompetent, rude and EXTREMELY slow!!!!!! Never ever going back! After waiting on line for 15 min he tells me that my Amazon package needs to be wrapped. Never ever i was told that about Amazon return!

  I absolutely love this facility, the whole team is amazing. Especially David, who is always so patient, fast, and incredibly helpful with my boxes (and I have a lot of them!). He also handles difficult and rude customers with professionalism, patience, and kindness. David always stays calm and respectful, no matter the situation. Great work, David, you truly make a difference! Highly recommended.

  Needed to mail return was confused with process.i was greeted this morning by beautiful young lady that said good morning with a smile, she said no worries to rush she will help me, all done in maybe 2min! So nice to have actual customer service & true genuine person to make it easy. You’ve gained a new and loyal customer! Store clean, easy parking too!
