  Every time I go there the notaries not there. Why do they advertise that they have a notary. This is the one by town center mall. I called. They said she would be there till 6 o’clock. I live five minutes away when I got there. They said she wasn’t there! This is the second time I’ve needed notary service. I’ll never go back there again. The one on Palmetto and powerline sucks as well. The person is never there. Will never use UPS again.

  Store is a whole mess and their phone doesn’t work. I couldn’t even call the store to check about my package

  No good. 10 minutes past their posted opening time and store is still closed.

  This was the worst UPS Store experience I’ve ever had. I was forced to pay for a full hour of computer usage just to print a single shipping label, and ended up paying $5.60 for one page. This kind of pricing is completely unacceptable. A very disappointing customer experience.
