  The scanner is broke for returns. They had me redo my return and print the label instead of scan the QR code I had. They then told me after I printed the label that it would be a $5 charge. Deceptive. I would avoid this UPS store. It’s like they’re running some kind of low level scam.

  I mailed two packages for a return at this location and only one got delivered. So frustrating. When I went in to talk to them they were unable to offer any help.

  Every time I go there the notaries not there. Why do they advertise that they have a notary. This is the one by town center mall. I called. They said she would be there till 6 o’clock. I live five minutes away when I got there. They said she wasn’t there! This is the second time I’ve needed notary service. I’ll never go back there again. The one on Palmetto and powerline sucks as well. The person is never there. Will never use UPS again.
