  Catch me up. I requested a return on an Amazon purchase, still in its original packaging/box. The UPS employee said it had to also be in the original brown envelope, now thrown away. Too bad, now pay UPS $10 for one of their envelopes. The perfect SCAM! When I questioned why, they decided to waive the fee. There’s a Whole Foods store, owned by Amazon, just down the road. Why was I sent to UPS? BUYER BEWARE!

  The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I said hello when I walked in and received no response. Another employee came out, and again, no response. I said thank you and goodbye when leaving — nothing. Basic customer service and courtesy seem completely absent here. Very disappointing experience.

  I highly recommend this UPS Store location. Anytime I come in, the staff is polite and professional. They are quick to assist with your needs and based on the times of day I go in, there is never a huge line. They have never 'lost' a package, return or otherwise, like some other UPS stores in the area (just look up reviews, you'll see what I mean.) Again, tier 1 service.

  This has to be one of the best UPS locations ever. The two guys that work here are always friendly and delightful. They are both quick and there is never dreadful lines to wait in. I have had nothing but pleasing encounters! A++
