  The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I said hello when I walked in and received no response. Another employee came out, and again, no response. I said thank you and goodbye when leaving — nothing. Basic customer service and courtesy seem completely absent here. Very disappointing experience.

  I highly recommend this UPS Store location. Anytime I come in, the staff is polite and professional. They are quick to assist with your needs and based on the times of day I go in, there is never a huge line. They have never 'lost' a package, return or otherwise, like some other UPS stores in the area (just look up reviews, you'll see what I mean.) Again, tier 1 service.

  They're nice enough but the amount of times there is a line out the door and they only have one guy on register despite 2 other employees working is crazy. It makes no sense. Customer service could definitely be improved. No need for everyone to wait like that
