  I come here a lot to ship and I don’t like 1 lady here. She talks very rude with her strong personality. She orders you what to do not in a nice way. Luckily, you only ship out stuff and don’t have to deal with her after. She annoys me every time I go there. But I just keep quiet and walkout. FedEx should know this and evaluate their employees the way they treat their customers.

  Staff were extremely rude and dismissive, bordering on humiliating. Would not print a pre purchased label for us, rolled their eyes at us when we returned after printing the label elsewhere, mocked our taping of the package, refused to mark the package as fragile.

  Just went in for the first time. Joann is a breath of fresh air, and SO helpful! I’ll happily do business there!

  Slowest FedEx office I’ve ever been to. Line always out the door. Would be faster for me to fly to the shipment destination, drop off the package, then fly back than wait here.
