  My partner and I came into FedEx this afternoon to print and make copies of some very important documents. Since this isn’t something we do often, we needed quite a bit of assistance navigating the process. Raul was absolutely exceptional. He was attentive, patient, kind, and incredibly professional from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step, answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. It’s becoming increasingly rare to come across people who are genuinely helpful, compassionate, and patient, especially in busy customer service settings. Raul embodies what outstanding customer service should look like. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for his help. Thank you, Raul, for making such an important task so much less stressful. FedEx is fortunate to have an employee like you, and we sincerely hope your hard work and dedication are recognized.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about Omar at FedEx! After visiting five different stores trying to find someone who could properly package my commercial embroidery machine, Omar stepped in and took care of everything. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He carefully packaged not only the machine itself but also all of the accessories, hoops, thread, stabilizers, and everything else that went with it. Knowing the machine was in good hands gave me so much peace of mind. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Omar went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Thank you so much for all of your help! I truly appreciate your hard work and dedication. If you need packing or shipping services, I highly recommend asking for Omar. Five stars all the way!
