Everything has been better than I expected — the caregivers, the office staff, the communication. All excellent.

Alexus was absolutely amazing! I came in to print menus and had an idea of what we planned to use, but she took the time to show me several different options we weren't even aware of. We ended up going with her recommendation instead, and I’m so glad we did, they came out perfect! I really appreciated her taking the extra time to make sure we ended up with the best option for what we needed. Thank you, Alexus!

Staff really does not care as much as they should about customers. There was a " return at 1:35pm " sign in window this past Saturday. We waited until 2:30pm and finally left. No one answers the phone - very frustrating. FedEx really doesn't care - you know that - right now your best customer service is UPS. Just is.
