  We've been with Metro for almost 30 yrs. Today, My husband went to metro bc his phone was stuck in some crazy cellphone loop/limbo, couldn't even shut it off. We went to our local metro who said, "OH, it's a virus, I can fix it for $50 CASH ONLY" My husband's NY bullshit radar went up and he walked out. He then went to Cricket nearby, (Sandalfoot Plaza) and GABRIEL listened to the problem, asked for the phone, and in 4 MINUTES, IT WAS FIXED!!! FOR FREE!!! (Turns out the talkback mic was ON) What a pleasure to meet a person whose mission is to help me, not rip me off!! We will be switching to Cricket as soon as my phone is eligible (it's too new). THANK YOU, GABRIEL! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!

  best value of any cell phone company... You get the high quality service of AT&t at a fraction of the price and it's a real store you can go in and have your question answered and the customer service reps are very friendly and approachable... You can't go wrong with four lines for $100 a month and if you transfer phone number they will give you a free phone... Best deal around! Go for it!
