Had a very bad experience with this store. Had to get a new battery for my car after purchasing the battery asked the gentleman to install it because it was supposed to be free installation but I was denied quick. I was like what I was never denied this before never happened to me before battery was dead could not start car to go home and had no tools to change the battery with. Luckily did it with a pair of my fishing pliers before a big storm hit. Not a good way for business when you’re gonna deny a paying customer something that is promised with purchase. Never going back to this store again and I have been going here for over 13 years.

Helpful staff and good customer service. Pricier than the internet but immediate satisfaction. Replace 2 batteries under warranty with no cost to me. My regular local auto parts store.
