  I had such a great experience at Advanced Auto Parts, and I especially want to recognize Brenda and Anthony for their outstanding customer service! My car battery died, so I went in to purchase a new one. Brenda and Anthony took the time to check whether my battery was still under warranty. I honestly had no idea that I even had a warranty, and because they took the time to look into it for me, they ended up saving me money. I truly appreciated that because they could have simply sold me a new battery, but instead they went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I walked in, both of them were extremely professional, friendly, patient, and helpful. You can genuinely tell that Brenda and Anthony understand what customer service is supposed to be. They made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. To the owner or management: you are truly blessed to have these two on your team. Employees like Brenda and Anthony are a reflection of a business that genuinely cares about its customers. They deserve to be recognized for the excellent job they are doing. I highly recommend this Advanced Auto Parts location, and I will definitely be coming back because of the wonderful experience I had with Brenda and Anthony. Thank you both for taking the extra time to help me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I am over 70 years old when I asked leo that is the store manager, to help me carry the new battery to the car, he refused very rudely. If you instal it here for free than We will carry it out. What a stupied answer. Even the cart that they have was not offered to me.

  I arrived here at 7:50 PM to buy necessary parts for my car—since I have to go to work tomorrow—but the store was closed and there was no one inside, even though the posted information says it stays open until 8 PM. It’s misleading; because of this, I didn't make it to another store in time and won't be able to go to work tomorrow morning. This is a terrible place; I do not recommend visiting it.
