  I want to start by saying that if it were not for MJ this review would have a one star review. The moment I walked in the store the service was horrible. No one wanted to help me and kept passing me off to other people. I was there for something simple a battery. I had bought a battery in September of 2024. Three people tried to tell me my battery wasn’t under warranty because I had already returned it. However the screen showed that I had indeed purchased the battery. I told them that this was my 2nd bad experience with them. That I remember when I bought the battery because my battery died at Trader Joe’s. And when I got the advance auto it was about 30mins before closing time and I had trouble getting them to help me. I said that I would never use Advance Auto again. MJ stepped up to the plate. He said” I got you “ he not only replaced my battery but he also honored the warranty for the battery. He was kind and helpful.He restored my faith in the fact that good people are still out there. I really appreciate how he helped me and showed me kindness. This 5 star review is for MJ and MJ alone.

  Had a very good experience at this location. Went in for a battery test and Latoya was super helpful in assisting with her know how and reconnecting replacement battery in my car.
