Manager can’t even spell “inconvenience “. Making stipulations to coupons and survey code on receipt doesn’t work.

I usually get good food and service from this place but the older black lady that works in there completely messed our order up again. Seems like every time she messes it up. Was supposed to have a meatball sub with parm and a chicken teriyaki with veggies and she put veggies on the meatball sub with teriyaki sauce and then chicken sub had parm on it, so how do you do that? Mind you, we live 30 minutes away and waited to get home to open our subs to see we wasted our money. This is not the first time she messed up. This is more than 3 times. She needs to be evaluated or layed off. We deserve a refund.

I honestly believe they are trying to intentionally drive customers away and get the store closed. They are always out of multiple items and when they aren't, they skimp on everything even when you pay for extra. It is absolutely worth the extra time and miles to go to the Bristol location.

Good sandwiches. The staff were particularly nice. Went at an office time because it gets busy at lunchtime!
