  My experience here today was amazing! I went to three other auto parts stores and had no luck finding the parts I needed and the employees didn't really seem to care. I came here expecting the same thing and got the complete opposite. Luis went above and beyond to help me find all the parts I needed even when the computer failed to pull them up. I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. I will never shop anywhere else again. This store is my new go to. Luis even pulled the caliper out and started measuring the parts I brought in in comparing them to parts off the shelf until we found the right match. He is heaven sent. This company should be very blessed to have him as an employee.

  I visited Advance Auto Parts when my battery died in my Suburban. My husband passed recently and so I was alone to handle this situation. Laz was the man who greeted me when I entered the store. I told him what happened and he went out and checked the battery with his equipment. I needed a new battery. He was wonderful. In no time he had a new one installed and I was on my way. He was so professional and very pleasant. He helped put me at ease considering how stressed I was. I would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Laz!😁

  Im a loyal customer to advance but this is the worst store in the county. Took my truck up there to get a new battery installed to avoid driving back and forth to exchange the core. Victor, a very rude employee, advised me that they don’t do battery swaps. It says free battery check and installation right by the front door and I have it done at other locations. I will take my business to a different store from here on out because of how rude Victor was about having to do his job.
