  Very friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful staff came in for a new battery and wipers and quart of oil for my ford ranger. The wipers and battery were professionally installed even put in the oil for me as I have parkinsons disease and couldn't because of my tremors. The store is very clean and well stocked . This will be my preferred place to purchase auto supplies . I couldn't of been in better hands for these services and it was very fast 5 min . I'd recommend advanced auto to anyone especially this location .

  Had a great experience at Advanced Auto Parts, Beverly Hills, FL today. Pepper couldn't have been nicer going out of his way to help me.

  My experience here today was amazing! I went to three other auto parts stores and had no luck finding the parts I needed and the employees didn't really seem to care. I came here expecting the same thing and got the complete opposite. Luis went above and beyond to help me find all the parts I needed even when the computer failed to pull them up. I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. I will never shop anywhere else again. This store is my new go to. Luis even pulled the caliper out and started measuring the parts I brought in in comparing them to parts off the shelf until we found the right match. He is heaven sent. This company should be very blessed to have him as an employee.
