I had an amazing experience at the Belleview Subway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My sandwich was made exactly the way I ordered it, with perfectly fresh ingredients. Highly recommend this location for fast, accurate, and friendly service!
Ok so the girl behind the counter was making my sandwich when I asked her to spread the vegetables out because one side had just a green pepper on it she picked up a piece of lettuce off the counter and placed it on that side of the sub. I said ok and asked for light Chipotle and after she put that down I asked for light Maya she then glossed more Chipotle on the sandwich. When she asked me anything else I said we'll I asked for lights Chipotle and light mayo she said oh well I can remake it I told her no I dont want you to waist it can you just take the vegetables that are smothered off the sub and do it that way. She then took the sub held it over the trash can and scraped the vegetables off. When I asked her if she just really put the food over the trash can she stated "I was just making it easier on myself"
Where is the common sense
On Mav 18, 2026, approx 7:40 p.m. at the Subway located at 5516 Abshier Blvd in Belleview, FL, I observed the employee take a dirty knife, then pull a piece of wax paper out of the garbage opening/trash slot, wipe the knife on that paper, and then use that same knife to cut my sandwich. I immediately questioned her and asked why she had iust wiped the knife using something she pulled out of the garbage. She became unprofessional and proceeded to argue it's ok to do that. This is a serious food safety and cross-contamination concern. I then asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I walked out of the store at this point leaving the food behind I won't be going back there again. Not to mention the station was filthy and everything was empty, only wheat bread to get a sandwich and not one customer in line when I came up.
Ordered online realized 10 minutes later I chose the wrong address which was this one I called to cancel and I apologized because they had already made it, the person went to talk to another worker and didn’t put the phone on hold and I could hear their conversation and I was shocked by the language the 2nd worker used, I did not appreciate the worker using foul language would not recommend and do not plan on going back.
We walked in and immediately employees were cursing at customers and once it was our turn to order the employee who “helped us” seemed to be high and was not listening to what we wanted. He also stopped making the food to have us pay before even finishing and charged us extra for meals when we just got the subs. The employees just seemed unprofessional and rude towards customers.
