I just left from this store. Gizelle helped me with a new phone phone plan phone case and helped me transfer everything over. She was so nice and personable. She was so quick and efficient as she was helping me and 2 others. Great employee you have!

Changed to cricket service. Paid 75.00 activation fee. Voice mail won't work now at all. Worked with customer service 4 hours. They told me bring it to store. Not refundable no voice-mail and they don't care and can't fix it!!!! Got totally ripped off. Now have to pay another activation fee with new company.
