  As a local business owner … Who has been around for nearly a decade and prides ourselves on delivering extremely high value extremely high quality Products and service at competitive rates, I can no longer support this place after the blatant and greedy pricing increases for no justified reason at all. Charging someone $3.49 to print out half of a 8 x 11 black white shipping label Is absolutely greedy and where I draw the line. This place has always charged more than any other UPS Store - many of them charged two dollars to print out a shipping label for you and many of them, do it for free. When people make their own labels online because they’re trying to save a few bucks in a world and an economy, where people are blatantly price gouging and ripping off for no justified reason at all, when places like this charge you an extra $3.49 to print off your discount shipping label. They have found a way to pocket the difference that you were saving. Usually we just print out our own label to avoid this all together but the one time we didn’t; wow we sure paid. Seeing people raise their prices even more when they were already way more than anywhere else is enough to lose our business and I am sure they have lost many other people due to these extremely greedy pricing increases for no reason at all. What a shame that people feel the need to increase their profits that much that they would charge someone nearly 5 dollars to print out one single piece of paper.. and they do it because they know people are making their own shipping labels at home so they are spitefully doing it to make sure they consume any and all savings/profit that you might have saved. This is a total lack of appreciation and respect for their customers. This isn’t about us trying to keep a dollar or two in our pocket. This is all about principles and integrity.

  Excellent customer service! Very helpful staff and keep a good flow going! Top tier establishment overall. Parking is a bit of a problem but not their fault.

  Brought a package in and told me I had to go to the post office! I print my own labels and always go to UPS Store, but I'll never come back here! So rude!

  I can't give this location any higher review only because it won't let me give it more stars. I had to take some things back to Amazon... I am a dedicated LUDDITE and was having trouble... The nice young person named Elliot got me straightened out in no time and me on my way home, happy. I wish more people like Elliot worked other places.
