  You had one job. I paid you $110 to ensure a check arrived following day at 8 am. You lost the check. Very frustrating.

  I’ve visited this place four times, and every time I was helped by someone named Jessica. I understand that everyone has bad days, but when you work in customer service, customers should never feel like they’re bothering you or that you’re doing them a favor. Unfortunately, Jessica consistently comes across as unhappy to help customers. During my most recent visit, she was not only unfriendly but also rude and even raised her voice. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. What makes this even more disappointing is that other employees at this location have always treated me with kindness and respect. In particular, a young man who has helped me many times over the years has always been professional, friendly, and helpful. I have never had a negative experience with him or any other staff member. I rarely leave negative reviews, but customer service is an important part of any business. I hope management addresses this issue because no customer should be treated this way.

  I have had several interactions with staff at this store in the past few months. Super friendly, very effective. Especially Stacin and the print team. They did a great job on a couple of recent print projects.
