The manager Chy(so) was wonderful. She was such a sweetheart. Kuddos to her for trying to keep the love bugs at bay cause they are bad right now. This is one of the better subways we’ve been to ( and we’ve been to a lot) were the timeliness and quality of the food was impeccable. Great job!

The manager is great there she goes out of her way for everybody. The store is very clean and there food is good always fresh.

Filed a BBB complaint today - this is the 3rd time ive been refused a refund due to poor quality and not getting the service I paid for. Get it together or dont have a restaurant.

The manager messed up my online order and beat me mad about her messing up my order didn’t want to remake it and gave me a recite telling me I will get my money back in 3- 5 business days but definitely didn’t take long to take my money horrible customer service.

The manager, according to her, was very rude. Came in early, 10ish. She said they had no white or provolone cheese. Since she did not say white bread, I assumed she meant white cheese. I ordered my sandwich, just a cold cut, wanted mayo and mustard, pickles..no mustard… not even mustard packets… but, her attitude about the whole thing was the worst… I can’t believe anyone would hire this person to be a manager.
