  I honestly don’t understand how this is considered luxury customer service. From the minute I walked into Loewe, I felt like I was being watched instead of welcomed. There was one female employee wearing red glasses who seemed to follow me around the store the entire time I was there. Everywhere I went, she was right there. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and completely took away from the shopping experience. I actually decided to give the store a second chance and went back in later. I was on the phone the entire time and had already told one employee that I was just looking and didn’t need any help. That should have been enough. Instead, five or six different employees came up to me anyway. At that point, it honestly felt like they were all ganging up on me instead of respecting the fact that I wanted to be left alone. This wasn’t employees being friendly. It felt like harassment. There’s a big difference between greeting a customer and constantly hovering over them after they’ve already told you they don’t need assistance. If someone says they’re fine, leave them alone and let them shop. What really blew my mind was that one of the jackets I looked at was around $4,000. If you’re expecting people to spend that kind of money, maybe start by making them feel comfortable enough to browse your store without being followed around and interrupted every few minutes. I’ve been in plenty of high-end stores before, and I’ve never had an experience like this. I walked out without buying a thing, and after the way I was treated, I won’t be coming back. Luxury stores are supposed to make customers feel welcome—not like they’re under surveillance the entire time they’re there.

  Primera vez comprando en Loewe y la experiencia fue increíble. Amé la calidad y el diseño de todo lo que me llevé. Quiero destacar especialmente a Oxi, una genia total. Su atención es de otro nivel: comprometida, cálida, sabe un montón y te hace sentir súper cómoda. Te asesora perfecto y dan ganas de volver solo por ella. Gracias por tanto. Ya soy fan de la marca!

  Oxy is incredibly helpful and always a pleasure to work with! Although I am in Central Florida, she makes an effort to ship out any product very quickly and has excellent communication skills—better than I’ve experienced in any store. I wish I lived closer! Regardless, I’m grateful for the outstanding service I’ve received and look forward to continuing to explore the brand. The product quality is impeccable as well. Many thanks!
