so I work in the area of this subway, I placed my order on line ,for mod. time it out so I don't waist my lunch break in line. place was busy so my online oder didn't get done because of so many people in line, what's the point of on line orders if , you gonna be pushed aside for customers in line. I value my 30 minute lunch and relaxing. guess I'll just start packing my lunch. six people in line and the second employee clocks out and walks through the crowded line....maybe you can hire 2 people during busy lunch hours...?? until then you won't be getting my business. ps. girl w braids and shaved head needs to learn to keep her opinions to herself. rude as hell as an employee. needless to say you lost a valued customer.

Employee was very rude they've taken my order before and was really friendly but today was just the opposite I understand if people are having a bad day or u don't want to work doesn't mean you have to be rude especially slamming down people's order and receipt on the counter

Subway is usually pretty good. This one however is hit or miss, the service is questionable and sometimes unfriendly. Your order might be good or completely awful and lacking substance.

Me encanta subway, vengo bastante a esta tienda , siempre e sido atendiendo bien y la chica que hable español muy amable , sin embargo hoy ahí un señor mayor, tenía 2 personas adelante estuve esperando mi turno , sin embargo 20 min allí dentro y nada que atender , la fila bastante larga y el con mucha paciencia y relax , y haciendo pedidos en línea , y no atendiendo a las personas que allí estaban , la verdad me cansé y salí de la tienda , bastante indignada , esta es mi única queja , todo el otro personal que trabaja aquí es espectacular y tratan atender lo más pronto y amable posible
