  I went on a Sunday afternoon to shop cumbersome clothing. The young lady was super helpful and pleasant, packed everything for me the best possible way and advised me on the way to pay the cheapest fees. Very good experience there.

  Terrible place , no box for service, trying to convince me to leave me valuable envelop , very rude, no good costumer service!!! Do not recommend to go this location.

  I am beyond frustrated. I was shocked to discover that I was charged $3 for tape when I returned a box at UPS for Amazon. This is absolutely ridiculous! who charges for a piece of tape? I expected a straightforward and easy return, but instead, I was hit with an unexpected hidden fee. This kind of practice leaves a terrible impression.

  No one at this location seems to understand what good customer service looks like. Every employee I interacted with was unwilling to help. I also had an Amazon return that needed to be boxed up. To avoid making another trip, I asked if they had boxes available and ended up paying $9.50 for a medium-sized box. It was frustrating to pay that much for a simple box on top of already receiving such poor service. Needless to say, I will be going to the location in Sunny Isles where the employees are much nicer and helpful.
