This was a horrible experience. I have never been more pissed than I am right now. First off the location on google maps didn’t even take me where the store was. Come to find out it is in the JW hotel. I had to park in a parking garage which later cost me 25 DOLLARS. I called the staff to give me directions which she was sassy about giving me not understanding at all. I had to ask more staff as to where the store was which wasn’t helpful AT ALL. I had to walk 10 minutes to find the location which was not easy to find. You also had to pay a fee depending on the weight of the package. So I had to pay a total of $35 just to drop off a package. Dumb of me to choose the closet location to me. Never coming back.
5 ⭐️ service from Dofri - anyone who is shipping to hotel and expecting no handling fees are loco 🤪- highly recommended and super efficient when staying at Mariott turnberry

I just needed to ship a package and searched for a FedEx store, but it’s worth noting this location is inside the JW Marriott hotel in Aventura. You have to use the free 30-minute parking, then walk through a very confusing hotel layout just to find the store.
Once I finally got there, the women working there were preoccupied and didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes. When I finally got their attention, they continued whispering to each other as if they were discussing another employee while helping me.
Overall, it was a pretty poor customer experience. To make matters worse, they charged a $4 handling fee even though I already had my label printed and package ready to go.
I wish I can give a zero to these people. It’s about a mile walk. And they charge extra for everything even to use duct tape. Inside of a hotel it sucks. Don’t come here.

DO NOT USE THIS FedEx inside of the hotel unless yu enjoy paying extra fees on services up to $10. This is trash business practices.
