  Worst customer interaction, the sales associates there have a big attitude, the skinny ladies and couple of the male associates with nose on the sky, despite empty store, no hi or welcome, just awkwardly staring at the paying customers. We went to Dior Miami Design district instead, everyone was so welcoming and friendly, positive vibes.

  The female workers are VERY hostile and difficult to work with. Terrible customer service from them, went to Bal Harbour instead after interacting with them.

  I had an awesome experience at Dior with Susan not only I want The perfume I want it but also left the store knowimg much more about perfumes , just because she want it to share her knowledge! Thank you.
