  NEVER USE THIS SHOP!!I placed an order this morning 5qt of penzoil Ultra platinum and a single quart of penzoil Ultra platinum. When I picked up the guy told me we don't have the single quart of the Ultra platinum but this is the regular platinum I hesitantly accepted just figured whatever. I get in the car and realize the quart he gave me was baseline penzoil a very significantly less quality and much cheaper oil. When I went in for 5 minutes he's arguing with me that it doesn't matter they are the same, even though there's different tiers and prices of the oil is the same and they don't have the platinum, until we walk back there and it was on the shelf. Even after that he didn't want me to have the oil I paid for insisting I would need to return the quart he tried to scam me with and place a new order online. Only after I absolutely refused to accept his BS on why he was trying to make me take a quart of oil that's $7 cheaper then what I paid for he said just take it I need to do some inventory stuff. And the manager was there watching the whole time. Grimey car people trying to rip you off. I'm going to make a corporate complaint, let the actual company know how this location operates.

  I am in a couple days ago and spoke to DJ. He was so helpful with testing my car for codes as well as a battery test. We went over battery prices and I told him I had to discuss with my husband. We will be back for our battery. DJ did not hesitate to answer all my questions. Thank you DJ!

  If I could g8ve this place a half a star I would. I had to order a part from this location....122 plus miles away from.... so I drove from Savannah, GA to Jacksonville to get it. I paid for it online to make sure I secured it and got to the door 5 MINUTES before their closing time.... (keep in mind i had a 2hr drive through rush hour with wild fire traffic included) I get there and I had one employee riding up on his e bike saying they're closed.... i exclaimed it's 5 minutes until their closing time.... I ask to speak to the manager and this guy named Jason (how ironic......my name is Jason) comes to the door ... I tell him I paid for a part online and drove from Savannah to pick it up... He replies oh im sorry I close the store down 5 minutes BEFORE our closing time.....i reiterate that I just drove from Savannah to get this part I already paid for ..... He then says to his employee to get the door and proceeds to slam the door in my face... As God as my witness I wouldn't send the devil here..... the fact that this poor example of management is on this type of time ....sealed it for me.....this is the first and last transaction....i promise advance you've lost my business
