    The staff were friendly and helpful but my shipment arrived damaged due to the way the store packed the items. Oil paintings were packed on the outside of a table next to the outside of the box which resulted in stretched canvases. There was no boxing or bubble wrap taped on the items. I contacted the store several times and was assured a response - still waiting weeks later. I submitted a claim to UPS because I spent over $500 for the shipment and additional funds for insurance. Now they are telling me I need photos of all 6 sides of the box and more. While I understand the need for documentation and proof, this is a bit unreasonable to expect after weeks of waiting. Very disappointing - UPS services are not what they used to be!
