Food be very good better than any other location i drive from mt dora to visit this location the customer service is perfect
Ty- yloanda -demise- von this crew showed out on the food. The wings, boneless wings, and fries were on point. Yolanda was very nice from taking the order to pick up time. Thanks yall for the awesome customer service and fye food.

I ordered wings and received boneless instead. I reached out about the issue but never received a response. The only compensation I got was a $5 DoorDash credit. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again. I had already been warned that it wasn’t a good place to order from.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Wingstop location. There were at least five employees standing around in the back laughing, singing, joking, and socializing instead of focusing on customers and getting orders out. The atmosphere felt completely unprofessional.
While waiting, I noticed several customers becoming frustrated, making comments about the poor service, and leaving annoyed. It was clear I wasn’t the only person having a negative experience.
The employee with the red braids had particularly poor customer service. She was smiling and joking around with coworkers in the back, but when interacting with customers, she appeared unhappy, uninterested, and spoke rudely. I asked a few basic questions about the menu, and instead of receiving helpful service, I felt like I was inconveniencing her.
I came here because my daughter loves Wingstop, but after this experience, I will never return to this location. Management seriously needs to address the lack of professionalism, provide customer service training, and reevaluate the staff. As someone who works in a professional environment and understands customer service, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Very disappointing.

the lasy with long red braids looks at me like i killed her dog everytime i walk in.
4 times in a row theyve messed up our order. everytime, im treated like a criminal for asking for what i paid for, no matter how polite i am about it. they triwd to see if i would GO AWAY WITHOUT MY ORDER FIRST. and then held the rest of my order in her hand until IT GOT COLD talking LOUDLY ABOUT "PEOPLE LYING ABOUT NOT GETTING THEUR FOOD"
IM NOT LYING YOURE JUST BAD AT YOUR JOB, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WORK.
