  I had a very unpleasant experience at the UPS Store in Rock Springs. The manager or person in charge was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of calmly explaining the packaging requirements, she acted in an intimidating manner and even hit the package/box to demonstrate what she expected. I explained that the Amazon delivery bag I had was made of paper and that I was trying to use the packaging available to me. However, she continued speaking to me in a very harsh and disrespectful tone, insisting that I needed to buy a box or bring a package of a specific size. Her attitude was so aggressive that it honestly made me feel uncomfortable and even scared. I understand that UPS has rules and packaging requirements, but there is a respectful way to communicate those policies. Customers should not be made to feel intimidated when they are simply asking for assistance. I hope management reviews the customer service at this location. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough, but the rude attitude and aggressive behavior left me with a very negative impression of this store.

  Max is always pleasant, when he scans the packages he makes this sound is so cool. Young lady with black hair and mask is always kind as well. Great atmosphere. Good location and service. Thank you

  I work in medical sales, so I am always in this store shipping things out. If it wasn’t for the representatives: Einette, Saria (I apologize if I got your name incorrect!!), and the other one (the nice, lovely, Latina woman - we had a conversation regarding physical therapy); if it wasn’t for these 3 ladies I wouldn’t ever come back to this store. They are professional, welcoming, and very nice 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

  David needs a new profession. We stood waiting 15 minutes before someone in the long line of customers asked if David could help us as he was in the back but in clear view tapping boxes. His tone and attitude clearly showed that he doesn’t like his job or people for that matter. Hire people who like customer service.
