  This is genuinely the worst UPS location in Apopka. I’m a business owner and every time I do a drop off there aren’t updates on the packages till days later. How is it possible every time I drop off here my packages are delayed. How hard is it to properly process packages so there aren’t delays. Horrible Horrible Horrible. I dropped off a package today May 7th at opening 8:30am to arrive to a family member for Mother’s Day with priority 2 day delivery it’s 8pm the store is now closed and there’s no tracking update or notification that it’s on route so like always who knows when my package will arrive. What the hell type of business is this they make UPS look HORRIBLE

  Me and my wife go here all the time, Wife runs a business, now we did have one package that couldn’t be located, but we went through a process and got our money back, but overall our experience has been amazing, we’ve literally shipped hundreds of packages out and only had an issue with one. Now I saw someone mention something about pricing, as hopping depends on where you are shipping it from, so I don’t know how you blame that on the store, they don’t set the price, they put it on scale and it tells them the price, period. Some people complain just because they can!!! Just my 2 cents..

  Nice people but didnt send to the location I requested. I requested it to be sent to a ups store as the person I sent this to lives in an apartment complex. Did not want mail sitting on the floor. I requested to be shipped to ups directly so the person could go down and pick it up with their ID. Well it was shipped to the persons apartment anyway. Best part, its a birthday present. The nice person at the UPS store labeled the package with what it was. Thanks for ruining that as well. Ill sti use UPS but goes to show you, no matter how much they agree and say yeah, yeah you got it. Check your recipt and all the details before you leave. Avoid the headache
