  I purchased an auxiliary battery on 7/2/25. The battery needed to replaced on 6/15/26. The store personnel would not remove the battery they sold to me from the car. In fact the store clerk Errol C said the computer told him he couldn’t remove the battery I purchased from the store. He never looked up this information. He tested the battery and told me it was okay. So I told him the battery indicator light was on. He looked at the light on my dashboard and searched it up on google. Then he told me I was correct. Yet he refused to remove the bad battery. One of the nice customers overheard our conversation and he removed the battery. The store clerk told me my receipt wasn’t in my name and I needed the person who purchased the battery to come in with their phone number. This purchase was done with my card. Well he fixed it. I have a new battery but the receipt is only good for one month.

  I went to Advance for a battery service and was very impressed with Mr. Jean’s customer service. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great service

  David was very rude to me from the second I walked in…I came in and said hello and he responded with “what do you need” in a snappy attitude. I showed him a picture of the part I needed, he snatched the phone from my hands without even letting me know. Then he asked for the make & model of my car…I started telling him but before I could even tell him the year he rudely interrupted me and said “I need the year” looking at me like I was stupid. Later when I was signing up for text updates I was telling him my name and how to spell it, he said “you’re too soft spoken” out of nowhere and with an attitude. I don’t know what happened that day that made him so angry, although he seemed to be fine with the other male customers. But whatever happened there’s no need to take it out on me. He should know better as a grown adult.
