  Hi..is my first time i have delivery..never tried before and will be the last time..im only eat 4 pieces of 20 ..omg not good more oil the chicken meat..never again

  Complaint: Manager Misconduct - April 11 9:15 PM ​On 4/11/26 at 9:15 PM, I assisted my girlfriend via phone with an order at your In Altamonte Springs location. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. ​When I asked about a promotion, he dismissively told me it was "not his problem." Throughout the call, he repeatedly called me "boss man." I explicitly told him I found this term disrespectful, asked him to stop, and offered my actual name so he could address me properly. He ignored my request and continued using the term condescendingly. ​When I tried to explain why his attitude was offensive, he refused to give his name and hung up the phone on me. This is appalling customer service. Being hung up on and mocked is unacceptable. I found his behavior targeted and unprofessional. I request that a regional manager investigate this incident and contact me regarding how this will be corrected.
