  I received very poor service. I brought the product in—complete with the return labels and everything, just as the return system instructed—yet they still refused to accept the package, always coming up with excuses to avoid taking it. They always insist on repacking it so they can charge for the box, even though the supplier doesn't require it.

  This is a wonderful UPS store! I drop off mail here a few times a week, and they are very helpful, friendly, and always with a smile. It also always smells amazing in there ☺️🩷 Thank you!

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for quite some time, and the customer service is always top tier. The staff is professional, patient, and welcoming every single visit. Whether I’m shipping packages, printing documents, or handling business needs, they always make the process smooth and stress-free. What stands out most is how they treat people — with kindness, efficiency, and consistency. It’s hard to find businesses these days that truly value customer service, but this location definitely does. I appreciate the positive atmosphere and the way they go above and beyond to help.
