  I’ve visited this UPS location several times without any issues, but my most recent visit was concerning. The staff member who assisted me was very polite and sincere, which I appreciated. However, the environment inside the store was problematic. It has been noticeably hot during my last few visits, which is uncomfortable given that we are in the middle of summer. More importantly, the heat seems to be contributing to a pest issue. While I was completing my return, a large cockroach crawled onto my ankle. The employee did mention that roaches are attracted to the cardboard boxes, which I understand, but that does not make the experience acceptable. It was unsanitary and left a very poor impression. As a customer, I expect a clean and temperature-controlled environment, especially when the business is aware of factors that attract pests. I hope management will address the air conditioning and pest control to ensure this doesn't happen to others.

  Went in to make a return but didn’t have the slightest clue of how to do it, luckily a young gentleman named Miguel was helpful in locating my order and helping me complete the return. Service was fast and easy. Thank you

  Went to get my fingerprints done today and Miguel was very helpful in the process, he assisted me and the process was easy and quick. His customer service was exceptional and he was very kind and polite. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
