  I had a Zappos return which came be done in the UPS store so I made a quick run before starting my Sunday errands. I had to purchase a shipping box ($4) to send them back but at least I was able to quickly get that gone. The lady working today greeted me and was friendly as she helped me

  I paid to have a guitar amplifier packed at this store and a quote for shipping for my buyer. When I collected the funds from the buyer the next day, I went back and the shipping jumped another $100 because of packaging dimensions, wich I asked to be included in the quote that I paid them to pack. I could have asked the correct shipping amount from the buyer. They responded to my complaint via email saying the quote was for the unpacked item. These people have no interest in providing value for their customers and are not serious about applying common sense and satisfying customer needs with their service. And the packing, a $23 cost, was unimpressive.
