  Unfortunately, I have had several negative experiences with the employee at this UPS location. His attitude toward customers is consistently rude and dismissive. When you greet him, he does not respond, and he seems unwilling to offer any assistance. Today, I came in with my young son while carrying a large box that I needed to ship. He told me their printing system was unavailable, so I politely asked if I could leave the box there for just a moment. He abruptly told me that I had to remove it from the store and could not place it anywhere, not even on the floor. That was practically the only time he spoke to me. He ignored me the rest of the time, even when I thanked him. I also noticed that he treated other customers with the same unpleasant attitude, so this was not directed only at me. This is not my first bad experience at this location. Someone whose job involves serving customers all day should at least be respectful, acknowledge people when they speak, and show a basic willingness to help. I am leaving this review so management is aware of the repeated problem and other customers know what to expect.

  If I could give ZERO stars I would… Please save your time and go to another UPS location for your returns. The attendant is so rude and dismissive, I had to call Amazon to change the return location to FEDEX and they took it in without any issues.

  I use this location often for business, whether it is for packaging, notary, or mailing, they have always been professional, polite, and efficient! I have worked with the Dad and Son, and they are awesome!!

  The reviews forewarned about the rudeness and nastiness of the man that works there. Sadly I ignored those reviews. They are absolutely correct. The man that works here is not friendly and completely unhelpful. Go anyplace else just avoid this store.
