  Hashiel and Alex were so incredibly helpful! I first started the journey of getting my phone fixed and went to the cricket store where we met Hashiel. He was so patient and kind. He actually stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help us through a stressful phone situation. He also served with integrity. Afterwards, he told me to come back and he would help me set up any phone that I needed help with. Not only was he supportive during a hard time, but he also was thoughtful and informative. He made us laugh and had a really great strategy to get our phone fixed fast. Two days later, I came back to fix another phone, and Adam was there to assist. Hashiel and Adam Made our cricket experience so enjoyable! Not only were they thoughtful,. There gentlemen were positive and fun to be around. It was such an incredible experience which could have been stressful. I will continue to come back to the store for every need I have with our cell phone and data needs! Thank you Hashiel and Adam!! Thank you for the speedy service!
