I had a great experience until I dealt with one person names James was rude and didn’t wanna help em. Then I called back to get something done I was told yes multiple times till James answers and told me no then suddenly the answer change. Called another store to see if they did it and they confirmed the Altamonte location does indeed battery re set and they are the ones who installed me battery. So I told told no because the guy did. Not feel like doing it will not go back.

AMAZING SERVICE from JOEY!! He was so nice and was teaching me all about my car and even went out of his way to help me one minute before closing! He is an amazing addition to advanced auto and deserves the recognition! I will definitely be coming back whenever Joey is around bc I know I will get great service! THANK YOU JOEY!

I worked with a young man named Joey. He is truly an asset to your company. He explained what I needed and why. He made sure I was ready to leave the store. Cudos, he's valuable and I hope he's paid accordingly. A rare find.
