  My battery terminal was fried and AAA recommended me to go to Advanced Auto Parts. Upon arrival, I was greeted by associate David and I showed him what the issue was. David then selected the exact part I needed and installed it quickly for free!! Less than a 5 minute process. I would highly recommend this store due to exceeding customer service. Thank you David for helping me and my problem effortlessly! You rock!

  This store is my favorite everyone is very helpful especially Joe. He took the time to help me find the right part for my bmw out of so many diffident parts he made sure I bought the one that fit my car. I came back a couple of days later really got me out of a jam guided me on how to bleed the air in my expansion pack. Brother thank you for your customer service and going above and beyond in a time where it’s hard to get good customer service!

  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Joey. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. He answered all of my questions, made sure I got the right parts, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Joey definitely went above and beyond, and because of him I'll be coming back for my future auto parts needs. Highly recommend asking for Joey if you stop by!

  Miss Suzie is like the mom everyone wants lol she very patient and nice and willing to help even when you feel like giving up she will work with you . Very sweet lady

  Would leave no stars if i could. Highly unpleasant shopping . I went in for engine coolant. Tiny rack by door was no selection. Headed to isle and sales person latches onto me. I ask where is the rest of products ? " in back" and dragged over to computer to see selection. For some very unwanted questions .I like to make MY own choices not yours. And if i wanted to choose from tiny photos on screen i would have used Amazon. I like to shop alone looking at choices and reading labals which i can't on screen. Sales people please go away I will ask for help if i want it. Left without making a purchase. Went elsewhere so I could browse and read labals and SHOP. Bought my choice plus some extra stuff that i saw. Your system limts me to whats on screen and kills impulse buying. Why would any retailer do that?
