  I had the best experience with Edward today. He was so patient with me not knowing anything about what was going on with my Kia Telluride. It was a bad battery. He put it in and sent me on my way after explaining everything. Excellent Service!

  I’ve been using this local store for years but today it was a totally different experience. I was in the trying of get rid of old batteries core, they offer $10 for each core which in additional which is not bad (I was not there for the money thanks god) however The guy that was in the register didn’t know how to do it, he never did before and it’s OK we we always gonna learn something new every single day the issue was that his vocabulary and the way he approached to me. It was extremely disrespectful and extremely unprofessional telling me bad word and telling me that is the transaction most ridiculous thing that I have has been doing his life telling me that I am doing ridiculous stuff or telling me a ridiculous, It happens today about 2:20pm. April 26, 2026 I can describe very well The guy like a 5’9” skinny with glasses white hair in his mid 50s the other two guys definitely were extremely professional and helpful employees, but the other guy is the opposite to them, which is showing it to your company the worst scenario, they are your company face. vocabulary, customer service are mandatory skills!!
