Incompetent, disrespectful management.
As an employer, I understand the difficulty in finding good help. I also understand the damage a single employee can do to a business. The "manager" I encountered yesterday, Nick Lawless, is as poor a business rep as I've seen. To the owner of this location, he's damaging your business, your rep and future business at this location.
I ended up going to a different UPS location to ship, this Alachua location lost $235 of my shipping dollar.
I won't use this location again and I'll warn my friends, collogues, and associates how I was handled and treated and to stay away.
Nicholas is great! He took a lot of time today to walk me through a complicated delivery issue. He was very courteous and professional, patient, accurate, an excellent listener, and I could tell that giving 100% outstanding customer service was his goal--and he definitely met that goal today. I was very impressed. Thank you, Nicholas.

if i could rate it a 20/10 i would! they are the best people to go to when you need to ship a package! they are kind and caring also they are funny! they do therir job excellently and I hope they get five reviews for the rest of their life or I'm going to cry if you don't!!! Vinny is great at bubble wrap! Abbey is the sweetest best person at the UPS store and she is amazing stop working at designs for business cards notarizing book binding and much more! Nick is awesome sauce and Mary she's cool too Candice is amazing and the best and Jaden is very fun and very good at hyping you up!!! have a good day

10/10 very friendly management and staff. Not to mention the clerk Abbey is very friendly and helpful an absolute sweetheart. We love Vinny and Nick as well.

This store is we're employees want the customers to do their work by scanning their return items. Not doing it. You get a pay check it’s your job! I will never use there insurance to mail a letter. Did not arrive on time the manager was no help with a refund. Said I had to call a 800 # which I did they said the store had to refund me. Waste of my time and money. To the owner Jonathan Mitchell you need to do better with your employees. I don’t want no apologies just fix your lazy employees.
