  Easy to find, helpful staff, fast service and plenty of parking. Store was cleaner than most! Will definitely come back here over going to other locations nearby.

  I had a couple of packages to drop off last week and when I arrived there was a line of other customers. It is a busy little location. A gentleman with glasses was behind the counter helping a woman with what looked like fingerprinting, giving her a full disclosure of what the process was for the appointment and answering every question she had about the service. A young lady was minding the counter and taking care of other customers who were dropping off packages and shipping. Each customer received the staff's undivided attention when it was their turn, and that line was processed within all of 5 minutes, if that. It's a great location, the staff is knowledgeable, and the service is both fast and efficient. I recommend doing business here.

  This UPS store in Alachua Florida is a nice place. I do appreciate their right here in Alachua. I don’t have to go to GAINESVILLE. Great customer service in my opinion. Thanks

  This UPS store in Alachua is absolutely the friendliest I have been in! Such great Customerservice and always ready to help! They definitely deserve 10 stars if that was a possibility!
