  First and foremost, I would never recommend this Advance Auto Parts store to anyone. The employees are rude, especially Billy M. He does not know how to speak to customers professionally. After he finished assisting me, I told him to have a good day, and he didn’t respond at all. That was extremely rude and reflected poor customer service. I later returned to the store to exchange the light bulbs that Billy had recommended because they were the wrong ones. Instead of remaining calm and professional, he raised his voice while explaining how I would receive my refund. There was no reason for that behavior, and it made an already frustrating situation even worse. This was actually my second visit to this location, and unfortunately, neither experience was enjoyable. Customer service should always be respectful and professional, even when resolving an issue. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this store.

  Older man that was in store 6-17-26 at 1230pm older bigger man with bald head and white beard. He needs a lesson in customer service. If this is his personality then he does not need to deal with the public AT ALL. His demeanor was rude and uninviting. We will never be back to this store again. And we purchased a lot from this store. Sad that when there are so many people in this town that need a job that would be willing to greet people with respect for coming in and purchasing their items to pay their paycheck. Please have a coaching with this man on proper customer etiquette. And if he is any type of manager, then he needs to go back to training.

  Three employees in the store, all three of them were too busy gossiping about the return of a battery and how they didn't agree with what the customer was doing, all while asking me to wait for them to talk trash instead of helping me find my part that they have behind the counter. Everytime I come into this advanced, it's low effort. I'll take my money next door. 😌

  The employee named Bill was a huge help getting what I needed, when I ordered a long block engine. He did a great job explaining the whole process.
