    Absolutely abysmal experience. Waited close to 45 minutes for food and were told several times they were “bagging up our order” and after asking for a third time we were told they were getting it started. The music AND the TV were blasting, the volume on both was way too loud.

    I was happy to hear this place was opening close to us. However, our expierence was a big disappointment. Placed an order tonight. App said it was ready. Close to an hour wait once we got there. Got home and we were missing 10 plain wings from the order. Tried calling,not picking up the phone. Drove back to store.I was told it would be taken care of immediately. Waited another half hour. Still nothing. Asked for a refund. The girl supervisor said the request needed to be given to her supervisor. Once it is received it will take between 5-7 days. Totally unorganized, the place was full of other customers complaining about wait time.I won't be returning.

    The workers were fine, but they did not wear gloves and were scratching their hair and touching a bunch of stuff without washing their hands. One worker literally walked in from outside and got straight to cooking. It grossed me out so bad that I just wanted a refund, I didnt even want the food anymore. The manager on duty told me that she can't give me a refund and told me the store manager will give me a phone call to set it up. She also told me that its standard protocol for them not to wear gloves because they are afraid of a customer having an alergic reaction.??? I have literally never heard that logic in my life but this was my first and last time here so what do I know. Im pretty sure she lied to me and just didnt feel like doing a refund.

    I showed up 15 minutes late because it’s never on time, and the food still not ready when the app said it was ready for pickup. Proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my food I ordered 40 minutes beforehand in an otherwise empty store while the employee was on FaceTime for 5 minutes before helping me. He also was touching his phone with the gloves on, then touching customer food then touching his phone again

    They forgot part of my order and I tried calling 3 times and got sent to voicemail every time. The fact that I couldn’t even talk to someone and ask for my money back pisses me off more than not getting my food. Horrible service. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
