The wings had zero flavor..... this is the second time so we will not be ordering from her anymore!!! You need to train your employees to flavor the damn wings, do better wing stop!!!!!

When I question the staff about the ingredients of our food because of my allergies with food, no one could answer my questions 😡 then I paid for everybody else's food. I had to stand there waiting for them for 5 minutes to decide whether if they take $100 bill or not 🙄 very poorly trained. Half of them don't speak English so you can't ask a question. Corporate needs to do better as far as information on their contents of the food due to allergies . It makes you madder when everybody else gets to eat but you and you're paying 😡

I placed an online order and intended to have the sauce on the side; however, there was no option to request this. To avoid the item being prepared incorrectly, I ordered it plain and went inside to ask if the sauce could be provided on the side.
I was informed that this could not be accommodated because the order appeared as “plain” in the system. I explained that selecting the sauce option would have resulted in the item being prepared with the sauce already applied, which would not have solved the issue. I was then advised that in the future I should select the sauce option and call the store afterward to request it on the side.
While I understand the importance of following order details, I was disappointed that this situation could not be resolved, especially given that the limitation was due to the ordering system rather than the request itself. This experience was not about the cost of the sauce, but rather the lack of flexibility and customer service. It would be helpful to either include an option for “sauce on the side” in the ordering system or allow staff to accommodate reasonable requests in situations like this.

Food is good, but don't order large fries while it's the same amount as their regular fries. And don't expect them to fix it!
