  This store was incredibly crowded with the line outside of the door. However, they have a scanner if you’re just dropping off a package, especially an Amazon return. But none of the staff said that until I had been standing in line for about 10 minutes. The scanner and label printer was their saving grace. Perhaps there should be a sign posted that says, “Dropping off an Amazon Return? Scan your QR return code here, print the label and leave your package in the area designated “.

  David was exceptionally helpful! I was on and out of the store on 6 minutes with 2 Amazon returns. I will definitely be back!!
