  This is a motel. In no way should this be called a hotel. We got our room and it was covered in dirty, had a dirty cup on the tub, hair all over the bathroom. There were piles of dirt all over the room and a dead cockroach. We walked right back out and they said they will refund the money, still waiting. We had to drive up the road to find another hotel and get a last minute room. Do not stay here, just go up the road to a real hotel.

  The first night room was not in good condition. I think it was not used for few nights. So there were some visible ants at few places. The bathroom was not clean and bath tub had lot of hair which was clogging the water to drain. We got the the room in main level so our parking was right there with the room. Swimming pool was okay and staff was helpful. Included breakfast was there but just for the name sake. Wrt to price they charged, it was not worth it. I will not stay in that place I got decided by the pictures they showed.

  I had a really bad experience there just 2 days ago. They put me in a room with roaches and didn't have any other rooms to move me to. Thought I was lying asking did I take pictures. I did not stay there and left early. I have been asking for my money back and the manager ain't do anything yet to resolve my problem! Room 133 has roaches and it dont matter if they spray they still in the walls behind the TV and they living in the curtains. I will be calling the someone higher up about this. Even the one guy that works there even said thye know they had roaches!!

  This hotel has the worst owner in the entire world. It was 11:05am he ran outside and asked my room number and said its after checkout I will charge you 100$ if you stay in the pool. My 7 yo daughter was thrown out of the pool 5 mins after checkout. I also asked him since things were not working like jacuzzi, the air conditioning in our room, the toilet constantly clogging, and the one and 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided if he could let her stay and instead of having a heart he berated me in front of my children and called me a horrible person with bad manners. Also, before that even went down when I checked in I asked about where the jacuzzi was and he did not say that it was closed. We found out the next morning that it was closed when my 16 yo son sat in it and it was filthy dirty. There was no sign on it so who knows what kind of germs he picked up. The a/c did not cool the room at all. The toilets kept clogging up and we were not given enough toilet paper. When asking the maid for toilet paper she yelled at us for doing so.

  I have spent so much money so far so I just needed something spur of the moment and this fit my budget. And I Said from the last two times that I wasn't going to stay here again. Each time, they get worse and worse. But the location is very convenient. But these rooms...!!🤬🤬and I understand that it's hard to keep staff but these rooms are disgusting! I had to change my first room. It looked like someone just got done taking a shower and their body hair/pubic hair was all in the tub. Toilet was running and didn't flush properly. Cockroaches and water damage to the walls, microwave dirty, the curtains have seen better days. After I had gone to the front desk to complain, I got the room right next to the one I had. This one was just as bad... Same old song..roaches, water damage, rust on the bottom of the doorways, doors not wiped down fingerprints, microwave dirty, smudges all over, dead ant on the towel. (Thank God, I brought my own,). The first bed seems ok, but the second bed the linen is disgusting. Stains on the mattress cover and comforter. The tub won't drain properly. I have a big ball of hair behind the chair like someone just combed their hair out and left a small toupee behind the chair. So I'm in a bind and have to stay here. I'm not here all the time, just need it for sleep... I'm just going to suck it up but never again and I mean it this time!!!! And I better not bring none of these damn critters home with me! This hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled asap!!
