  I recommend not coming here because these people are only trying to sell you a phone. They don’t care about actually helping you. I brought in a phone that I bought directly from Samsung, and they told me it was locked when it wasn’t. They just want to make commissions and bonuses. I literally went there today. They just gave me the runaround, but then I went to a different store and they were able to do the job properly. The other store actually helped me instead of just trying to sell me something.

  So the service at this location to be honest, isn’t the best. This was my second attempt to gather information before switching all my lines to this company. I walked in trying to ask questions and I felt rushed and brushed to the side. I understand that the office was busy, but if you don’t know how to delegate when its busy, why work there. I tried calling to get more information today and asked for the young girl (lets call her M) to see if now she can explain what the deal advertised was and again, She didn’t sound so pleasant and kept trying to cut me off to tell me just come in the office that she’s busy now. So my experience has not been pleasant both times “M” Has stated it’s busy and I got brushed to the side. I guess I will need to find another company to give my money to or find a different office to go to.
