  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by Advance Auto Parts while working in the area looking for a specific item. Unfortunately, this location didn’t have what I needed in stock, but the customer service made the visit worthwhile. The cashier was extremely helpful and took the extra time to search the computer system to see which nearby store had the item available. I really appreciated the effort instead of simply being told it wasn’t in stock and being sent on my way. They may not have had what I needed that day, but the helpful service and willingness to find a solution definitely deserved five stars.

  After not having any luck with Autozone, I called this location to buy a new battery and swap out my old one. Martell was extremely helpful and already had prices listed for me when I got to the store! Fast and reliable customer service. I need to start using Advanced Auto Parts more often!

  I just got off the phone with advance auto on Market St., North Wilmington. That was the worst customer service I've ever had. This coming from a former employee at AutoZone. The gentleman who answered the phone. Just lied about a part. Basically didn't want to do his job. I advise this place, stay away from this one.
