Very disappointed with this purchase. The beg without the strap, so I cannot use it as expected. I contacted customer service for help, but they refused to provide a proper solution or send the missing strap. For the price I paid, I expected the complete product and better customer service. The bag itself looks nice, but receiving an incomplete item and then getting no help is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing unless you are prepared to deal with missing parts and poor after-sales support

Great Michael Kors outlet with an impressive collection! The selection of handbags was excellent, with lots of different styles, colors, and sizes. I was especially impressed by the number of options in the $79–$199 range, with some bags starting around $35, making it a great place to find a stylish MK bag at outlet prices. They also carry clothing, accessories, footwear, sunglasses, and other items, so there’s plenty to browse beyond handbags. The store was well organized and the staff were super helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience even better. If you’re looking for Michael Kors at good outlet prices, this location is definitely worth checking out!

Love Michael Kors but this location was rude and unprofessional. My husband was shopping for me, they totally ignored him. If I would of known that purchase would of been returned. And would of walked over to Kate Spade. Will not return to that location, will go back Queenstown.
