  This UPS location usually provides fine customer service but today they were not helpful & extremely rude. I had quite a large package with a prepaid label that my husband graciously carried inside & placed on the floor with no customers waiting. Steve Lilaso then said I can help you over here & but you need to place the box up here on the counter. Steve did not offer to assist with the heavy package so I had to go back outside to ask my husband to lift the box onto the counter in order to proceed. When trying to make light of the situation by saying you could have told us where to place the package when we walked in to an empty store, Steve simply said I can help you over here at my station. So unprofessional and disappointing to see the two employees that could’ve helped or at the very least told my husband where to place the package when we walked in to the empty store simply do nothing. I would hope UPS would strive for a higher level of customer service than this encounter. Next time I’ll schedule an UPS pickup because the employees at store#4681 are clearly not interested in being helpful or kind with larger parcels. I would suggest that UPS investigate the owner and employees of the store and try to address the problem before it negatively impacts their brand.

  The staff is courteous and helpful, but honestly it would be beneficial if another location would open up in Ocean View. The wait times are long, and I understand the need for patience, but it seems there's never a good time you can count on getting in and out quickly. I have back problems and I really can't stand for long periods of time. Again, nothing against the staff, but maybe it's time for another location in Ocean View.

  Every single time I go into this UPS store, they act like it’s the first time they have ever shipped something from my company. I ship things every single week with UPS. Somehow, this store still has no concept of what they’re doing. Today, they were out of boxes. It is Thursday. They now do not open until Monday. They close the store early today for that reason. The box issue Is probably not their fault. However, shenanigans like this is common for this store. If you have a label to ship, and they are at the inconvenience of printing it for you, expect lots of eye rolling, as if it is a chore for me to ask someone to do their job. Go to Rehoboth or the authorized UPS store in Millsboro. They seem to know how to put something in a box consistently.
