  I am so sick of this Wingstop. I rarely order from here b/c I constantly have issues with my order. But I keep trying b/c I genuinely enjoy the hot honey rub seasoning. I want to say the last 4 times I’ve ordered here in the past 2-2.5 years I’ve had issues with my order. The first few times it was them not packaging the ranch and side of flavor properly & I would have it all over everything inside the bag. Now it’s an issue with them properly counting. I ordered a 6 piece tender for 2 & only received 5. This is like the second or third time my order was incorrectly counted. It’s not like I’m ordering 100 tenders or wings all you have to do is count to 6. I don’t know if this is a way for the store owner tosave money or what but we need another wing stop in the area or something.

  This was my first time going here, and honestly, it wasn’t a good experience. One of the employees, a woman at the counter, was very rude and made me feel rushed while ordering. I understand that I should’ve decided faster, but it was my first visit and I was genuinely trying to figure out what to get. Instead of helping, she seemed impatient the entire time and was really rude. What frustrated me the most was the wait. My friends received their food long before I did, and I ended up waiting almost an extra hour for my order. It also felt like the staff focused more on new customers coming in and online orders rather than the people already waiting for their food. The food itself was disappointing too. The fries were overly salty, although I did somewhat like the boneless chicken. The Diet Coke tasted strange, which stood out to me because I drink Diet Coke often and know how it’s supposed to taste. They were also out of ice, and it wasn’t refilled until after we had already finished. Overall, this place did not meet my expectations. Based on my personal experience, I’d rate it a 2/10 and probably wouldn’t recommend it. Wingstop, do better!

  The host Charmaine was extremely rude, raising her voice when I asked her to repeat herself, the tables were dirty, floors unsweeped horrible experience overall, please go somewhere else!
