  VERY RUDE IF YOU NEED HELP I came to return my tent to UPS The guy came out and had me go to Home Depot for boxes that THEY can’t even use !! and my young son were both tired waiting on a solution out of nowhere were told to move to the other side because people use his machine excuse me no one was even in or near the machine we would have gladly moved.. I didn’t want to be in there all day wasting my time and my money on something that can’t be returned I’m not paying $50 dollars for trash that Temu sent me !!! Good luck if you need help with a return signed single widowed mom

  HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDES, NO NAME TAGS unprofessional. 2 ladies including myself waiting in line, and a man walks in and skips right over both of us because this young impatient lady in the picture couldn't wait 5 seconds for me to pick my stuff up and go to the counter. Then when I say something, she embarrassed the hell outta me by her comments and name calling. Refused to give me her name and cooperate #, laughing at me. Even when im walking out the door, she still talking back. Ridiculous!!! I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE . NO RESPECT FOR WOMENS TIME

  I had a great experience at this location. Madison was extremely knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind that my package would arrive safely. Polite & professional service!

  The help is knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the customers are disorganized and those same customers usually don’t use the parking lot properly either.

  Huy has been amazing helping get our camera from Delaware, that had been left in a hotel and then getting it delivered to Florida, ahead of the expected schedule. He arranged pick up from the hotel to the UPS store and then arranged the delivery to Florida. As we are on vacation from the uk and travelling, he was so helpful and willing to assis us in a difficult situation. We have now been re-united with our camera for the remainder of our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. So Thank you Huy and UPS. Much appreciated. Karen & Keith
