  I have been here several times and have been in and out most times in 30 seconds. I have never been longer than a few minutes. I don't get the 3.5 rating. They are great.

  This is my second time using this UPS location. Am I the only one who feels special every time I go there? They make me feel like I am a valued customer and even though there is a UPS closer to me, I will travel miles just to get to this one. And I thought good customer service had gone with the wind until I found this place.

  VERY RUDE IF YOU NEED HELP I came to return my tent to UPS The guy came out and had me go to Home Depot for boxes that THEY can’t even use !! and my young son were both tired waiting on a solution out of nowhere were told to move to the other side because people use his machine excuse me no one was even in or near the machine we would have gladly moved.. I didn’t want to be in there all day wasting my time and my money on something that can’t be returned I’m not paying $50 dollars for trash that Temu sent me !!! Good luck if you need help with a return signed single widowed mom
