  I dropped off my package at your store location in the morning. When I called that afternoon to check on the tracking status, I was informed that the carrier would pick up the package around 5:40 PM. However, the tracking history indicates that the package was not scanned as received by the store until the following day, after which it finally began moving. It appears the package was held at the store overnight without an initial acceptance scan simply because the shipping label was purchased online rather than in-store.

  My terrific experience every time I go into the UPS store on Ogletown-Stanton Rd. and Harmony Rd. in Newark deserves a shout out. They are always so helpful and nice, and very quick. It’s always a pleasant experience. Yesterday, I had a lot to do with something very important that had to go out and had to go out just the right way. I needed to make copies from my phone and I do not know how to do that. Mackenzie was more than helpful and did it for me, taking away all of my anxiety over having to get it done. She was so sweet and I’m so grateful to her. I hope Mackenzie reads this and knows that she took all my worry away, even though I told her so over and over again. Thank you once again, Mackenzie, and thanks to everyone one who works there, you are all appreciated greatly!

  I went to the UPS store on Ogletown Stanton Road on Saturday. It was the day after our church had a backpack drive, and I had a lot of Amazon returns. I was having difficulty with the app, and everyone there was so patient! I really appreciate Thomas, Logan, and Jackson… Even though I was still there past closing time, they had no complaints, and worked together seamlessly. I also had my three young children with me, and they were very engaging and friendly with them, which allowed me to focus on the returns I needed to make.

  Rude staff, used to come here every Saturday with 3-5 express envelopes ready to ship won’t come anymore won’t even give you express envelopes anymore such a cheap boss yells at you for parking on the curb won’t come here anymore will go to one of the ship centers in new castle or Wilmington mailbox store type places where they at least give u a few envelopes and let u load properly
