  I went to the UPS store on Ogletown Stanton Road on Saturday. It was the day after our church had a backpack drive, and I had a lot of Amazon returns. I was having difficulty with the app, and everyone there was so patient! I really appreciate Thomas, Logan, and Jackson… Even though I was still there past closing time, they had no complaints, and worked together seamlessly. I also had my three young children with me, and they were very engaging and friendly with them, which allowed me to focus on the returns I needed to make.

  Rude staff, used to come here every Saturday with 3-5 express envelopes ready to ship won’t come anymore won’t even give you express envelopes anymore such a cheap boss yells at you for parking on the curb won’t come here anymore will go to one of the ship centers in new castle or Wilmington mailbox store type places where they at least give u a few envelopes and let u load properly

  Well oiled operation. Great place to make Amazon returns by scanning the code on the cell phone. Usually in and out in a couple of minutes.
