So happy this place has been relocated to the suburban plaza so that we don’t have to compete for roadside parking like when it was on Main Street before. Staff are friendly and helpful; shipping and Amazon return experiences are extremely smooth, short wait lines; overall experience is better than USPS.

I don’t know why as consumers we continue to use these horrible businesses and employee people at these places. They provide no solutions, no customer service, very little assistance, and when there’s an issue they just look at each other like the three stooges waiting for one to blubber out some nonsense to get you to go away. All they can do is charge you $8 for a small roll of bubble wrap that you can get next store at the paper supply store for 1/4 of the price, and give you the phone # to REAL UPS because they actually lack the ability to do anything in the store. Good luck. Do yourself a favor and just pay the tax to ship it to Maryland instead of dealing with this headache and these clowns at this circus.

This place was a lot more friendlier when it was by the college. The environment feels almost hostile now. A guy behind the counter almost bit my head off over my Amazon return today. Super disappointing. I'll find another location to drop off and/or get notary and shipping.
