  Absolutely disgusting behavior! I went in to get a mail box, my first time ever doing this. The so called manager came out after I asked multiple time if I was able to get a mail box. A yes or no was never given which confused me. It was only said they were moving. As if I’m suppose to know automatically if they do transfers or they are not accepting new applicant. Then he proceeds to say “does it look like we have any boxes” and gestured towards a wall as if I could not comprehend or as if I should automatically know. I’m very unfamiliar to the process. I do not work with ups. After that I then asked if he’s getting smart? Genuinely want to know because what man conducts them self in such an erotic, disgusting, immature manner. After all that I told him he needs to watch how he speaks to people then told me to leave. As I’m walking to the door he nearly sprints behind me. I nearly would have had to call the authorities. He nearly bumps me walks out the door and start making remarks to me. Absolutely not! I went back in demanding someone to speak to. Teen at the front desk acted as if the managers handle these situations. He did not want to provide me with the correct details to file a complaint. I then spoke to another manger in the back. As I’m talking to the other manager. He was understanding and provided what he could, the other manager “John Franklin” highly doubt that’s his name comes back it looks at me starts smiling and laughing in my face. I have never experience so much aggressiveness or disrespect from a company. I don’t know if it was because I was a black female, if he had unresolved demons, or if he was just purely a waste but this behavior is completely unacceptable and I will seek other means to makes sure this tiny man complex is not spewed into any other person.

  I’ve been to this location multiple times for returns across different vendors, and the experience is consistently the same: quick and painless. I’m in and out in under 2 minutes every visit. The staff are sharp, fast, and clearly know what they’re doing. No long lines, no confusion, no wasted time. If every retail errand ran this smoothly, the world would be a better place. Highly recommend this location for your shipping and return needs.

  These guys are on top of it. I'm greeted every time I walk in the door. They're friendly and always have my packages ready. Highly recommend!!
